Warranty Policy

At Industrial Laser Solutions, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This
Warranty Policy explains your rights and how we handle warranty claims.

1. Our Warranty Commitment
We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects and will function as
described under normal use.
Consumables (such as nozzles, lenses, filters, etc.): These items are covered by a
manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, and are typically warranted against
manufacturing defects only (not general wear and tear or misuse).
Equipment or components: If you purchase larger components or accessories (not
consumables), warranty coverage will follow the specific terms provided by the
manufacturer or supplier.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period varies depending on the product and manufacturer but generally begins
from the date of purchase. Please refer to the individual product documentation or contact us
for specific warranty details on each item.

3. What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
 Manufacturing defects
 Faulty materials or workmanship
 Products that fail under normal, intended use during the warranty period

4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
 Normal wear and tear
 Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification
 Consumables used beyond their expected life
 Accidental damage, neglect, or environmental damage
 Products used for purposes other than those recommended by the manufacturer

5. Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a valid warranty claim:

1. Contact us at sales@industriallaser.com.au with your order number, details of the
issue, and (if possible) photos of the product.
2. We will assess your claim and, if eligible, issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number.
3. You must return the product with the RMA number clearly included inside the box.

6. Warranty Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
 Repair the product, or
 Replace it with the same or equivalent item, or
 Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible
The decision will depend on the nature of the fault and product availability.

7. Your Rights Under Australian Law
Our warranty policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
(ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and
compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does
not amount to a major failure.
