Refund Policy

At Industrial Laser Solutions, we are committed to providing quality products and great
service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

1. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Products
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if
the product you receive is:
 Faulty or defective
 Significantly different from its description or sample
 Unfit for its intended purpose

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item:

1. Contact us at sales@industriallaser.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and (if possible) photos of the fault or
damage.
3. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which
must be included in the return package.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome and issue a refund,
replacement, or repair as appropriate.

2. Change of Mind Refunds
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return an item
because you no longer want it:

 Contact us at sales@industriallaser.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
 We will issue you an RMA number, which must be included in the return package.
 Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
 You are responsible for return shipping costs.
 A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will exclude original shipping fees and any applicable
restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

 Custom or special-order items
 Products that have been used, installed, or modified
 Items returned without an RMA number or outside the return period

4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that
depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to
appear in your account.
